My mother had told me that her side of the family had been in the US for a long time. It wasn’t until I started searching, in 2010, that I realized how long! Unfortunately, my mother had already passed away. How fortunate that much of the work had already been done by Samuel K Leming. It was a matter of finding where my family tied in. With the help of the New Jersey State archives, and other free genealogy sites, which enabled me to view census records, I was able to find my tie-in. And now, the we have a whole society! Too Cool!
